Michel Vanden Bossche
After working in IT Management for about 20 years in many different sectors (Chemistry, Phone Guides, Apparel, Car Distribution, Bank), Michel Vanden Bossche decided in 2008 to enter Transition Management.
Michel is trilingual, speaking English, French and Dutch, he worked for Belgian, US, German and Ducth companies, in multi-cultural teams.
Energy, Motivation, Pragmatism and Integrity are his values and he puts them at your company’s service within MYRIADFACETS IN MANAGEMENT.
Effective as well at synthetic as at analytic levels, he combines an helicopter view with a practical approach and aligns the needs of the company with the capacity for realization, primarily within the IT department.
Coming from the technological world, which gives him a real credibility, he practices Management by Example and induces in your teams the pleasure of changing to improve, positioning himself as a leader and a coach. In crisis situations, he will also quickly take the necessary decisions.
Michel Vanden Bossche can contribute in areas like outsourcing, restructuring, supplier selection and Program management.
Eager to evolve in his skills, he learns continuously in the different fields of management. After an ITIL Foundation and an Executive Master in IT Governance in 2009, he followed in 2010/2011 an Executive Master in Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Econoùics and Management.
A vision is only meaningful if one can come close to it. Michel Vanden Bossche defines himself as an utopist-realist, applying the Plan-Do-Check-Act principle, continuously tuning his approach to the realities of the environment, without losing sight of the goal.
