Luc De Schryver
Luc De Schryver has a broad experience as international consultant. He has been applying the CPS framework “Creative Problem Solving”, a systemic approach to creativity and innovation, within local and international business contexts for the last 20 years. This framework is the result of 50 years of international academic research and application.
Luc’s continuous research interest is improving the impact and financial results when managing creativity, innovation and thus change on team and organisational level. Clients include McCain (USA), IBM (UK), Scottisch Pension Fund, Sperian (France), South-African Police Force, Solvay (Netherlands), Otto Workforce (Poland). On a national level he is working with organisations such as the Marketing Foundation, the Flemish Community, VVSG and companies such as Arcomet, Belgacom, Daimler-Benz, Editions De Boeck, Johnson & Johnson, Vitamex or Sylvania.
Luc has a Masters degree in Applied Economics (University of Antwerp, Belgium) and a Masters degree in Creativity and Innovation (Buffalo State University College, Buffalo, USA).
As lector of Innovative Marketing Management at the “Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg” he is introducing the systemic approach to creativity on a Belgian academic level. He also teaches Creative Problem Solving as part of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program at the University of Nyenrode (The Netherlands).
