Jan Gorremans has a broad professional experience as Project Manager-Implementation Manager and Change Manager in International operational projects, mainly in the logistics area. Express parcel Industry, Air Freight operations as Warehouse & Distribution have no more secrets for Jan Gorremans.

Jan has lived and worked as IT Relationship Manager 4 years in England, where he assisted in the development of the IT Supply/Demand structure between a Global IT organization based in Prague and country IT organizations for UK and BNL. He is trilingual; Dutch – English – French

Jan has an engineering background but has become a business generalist through experience. He has most affinity with the operations –core business- and related people around. He loves to work with a diversity of people from executive level to shop floor employees.

Hands-on, pragmatic, open minded and a broad interest in creativity and innovation. He tackles difficult situations with an ‘out of the box’ approach resulting in creative solutions. He is very good in analyzing complex situations and able to translate and present those in a simple manner. Jan is a good presenter and trainer for people on all levels of the organization.

His biggest drive is the creation and implementation of new and improved situations in the organization and on the shop-floor.
