Florence Lombard

Florence adds another important facet to the talent pool of Myriadfacets in Management thanks to the competencies she has as clinical psychologist specialised in Systemics. After having worked in the domain of people management within Jouret and Korn Ferry she now intervenes as coach and consultant in Systemics.

As individual and team coach she has been working together with a wide range of organizations in Belgium and France over the last 15 years. Some of those are : les Editions Hachète (Paris) ; les Editions Dupuis ; la Fédération de la Presse belge ; le Groupe Dupuis Presse ; Casterman Editions ; Baxter ; Systech ; GSK ; Novartis Pharma(France) ; Lilly (France) ; Astra Zeneca (France) ; Swatch ; Abbot (France) ; Nu Skin ; UCB pharma ; UCB Chemicals ; Montgodine hospital; André Vésale hospital ; Toyota Boshoku ; Bestour.

To be noted also is the fact that she earned her MBA at the « Solvay Business School ».

She is focusing on the development of the two approaches in psychology, both on the level of individual and team coaching as well as on a therapeutic level.

Indeed, she has been working as a therapist inside hospitals for many years. She continued her education In France and Italy and specialised in the constructionnist and narrative approach (two of the existing schools in sytemics). Finally, she contributes to the research on change at the University of Bologna.
