Antoine Parmentier

Antoine provides Myriadfacets in Management with his coach, consultant and trainer talents. Since 2007, he accompanies executive committee, managers and teams in the development of their potential, professional as well as human being.

He has a huge experience in the launch and management of mobilizing and inductive projects of change, including multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams (SAP, SWIFT, …).

Holding a Commercial engineering degree of the Solvay Business School, he has 25 years of work experience, among which 5 as expatriate (the United States of America, Hungary), in diverse financial positions, until that of CFO and member of the executive committee, within private (petrochemicals) and non-profit (hospital), nationals and internationals, mono-cultural et multi-cultural companies.

Having been certified in coaching, team-building and collective intelligence of organizations -Transformance -, he continued to learn in the fields the accompaniment: Theory of Organizations Visions of the Companies, Creativity, Leadership & Charisma, … . He also continues a deep integration of the NeuroCognitive and Behavioral Approach - Institute of NeuroCognitivism.

Active in various partnerships, like Nexum, Institute of NeuroManagement and Genia, he is titular member of the European Coaching Association.
